Returns on Plants

We offer a 7 day guarantee against pests, fungus or other disease on all plants sold at our shop. If you suspect your plant has a problem, get in touch right away by emailing calista@green-spell.com

Otherwise, all plants are final sale. We can not offer a return policy on plants for any other reason.

Returns on Merchandise

We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in like new condition within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. (For merchandise malfunction, staff will use best judgment as to whether a return is allowed for store credit in the form of a gift card).
