We stand by our plants and products, and want you to be happy with your purchase! Since most of our merchandise is living, certain exclusions apply and extra care must be taken.

Merchandise Policy (hard goods and preserved plants): Returns are accepted 14 days after purchase with receipt. Refunds will be sent to the card used at check out or given store credit if cash was used.

Live Plant Policy: All live plant purchases are final sale. Once plants are out of our care, we cannot guarantee their condition any longer. If you are unsure how to care for a plant, reach out (calista@green-spell.com) and we will provide detailed care instructions.

If something isn't right, please reach out. In some circumstances regarding issues beyond your control, we can provide replacements, store credit, or instructions on how to revive your plants.

Events & Workshop Policy: All event tickets are final sale.

If you are no longer able to make an event, your ticket can be transferred to another individual - please message us (calista@green-spell.com) with transfer details. If you cannot make an event or workshop involving project materials (terrarium making, kokedama, eucalyptus bundling) we may be able to put together a kit of materials for you to pick-up and do on your own, or later during shop hours.
